At 7 pm the Belle Époque façade of Baden-Baden’s Casino flickers to life, while your table at Fritz & Felix in Brenners Park-Hotel (since 1865) faces the plane trees of the Lichtentaler Allee. A glass of Kaiserstuhl Pinot Noir, perhaps the Murg river trout, and the red-and-gold Kurhaus salons two blocks away call to the gamblers; just 900 meters beyond, the 2,500-seat Festspielhaus—once the 1904 railway station—delivers a dry, crystalline acoustic built for unamplified orchestra.

From there, the evening runs on rails: hotel pick-up, Mercedes on standby, and a driver who handles doors, parking, and timing. In Baden-Baden with a private chauffeur, you glide the Allee in ten minutes, dine without clock-watching as he tweaks the route, then step out at the Casino for a 10 pm roulette table or at the Festspielhaus just before 7:55 pm.
