Follow the N-432 and A-339 out of Córdoba for roughly 74 km—about 70 minutes—into the Subbética’s limestone foothills, where Hojiblanca groves blanket rolling valleys. Along the former Olive Oil Greenway, Zuheros clings to its cliff opposite the Cueva de los Murciélagos and an Almohad-era castle. Farther south, Priego de Córdoba shows off Baroque facades and tiled fountains, while historic mills produce Baena PDO oils under tight yield and acidity controls. Olive growing here is science and ritual alike: goblet pruning, harvesting from November to January, then swift decanting to lock in aromas.
We collect you from your Córdoba hotel in a Mercedes, with the vehicle at your disposal all day, and your dedicated driver handling routes and timing while you taste and explore. You sample oils; your driver navigates. A quick detour to a family-run almazara, a photo stop at a ridge, or an unscheduled tapas break in Zuheros—easy to arrange. Expect a guided PDO tasting, whitewashed lanes in Priego’s Barrio de la Villa, and, if light cooperates, a lookout over Iznájar. The pace stays comfortable, roads civil, and the cabin cool between stops.
